So, what is la miel?
La miel, also known as honey, is a natural sweetener produced by bees using nectar from flowers. It has been used for thousands of years as medicine and food, and is praised for its many health benefits. With its distinct flavor and aroma, honey can be used as a topping on toast, in tea or coffee, as a marinade for meat, or even as a natural face mask. Its antibacterial properties make it a popular ingredient in skincare products. La miel comes in different varieties, each with its own unique taste and color, depending on the type of flower the bees collected nectar from.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
