So, what is latte condensato?

Latte condensato, also known as sweetened condensed milk, is a thick, creamy and sweet milk-based product. It is made by removing most of the water content from regular milk and adding sugar to create a concentrated, syrupy consistency. This versatile ingredient can be used as a topping for desserts, added to coffee or tea as a sweetener, or used as a base for ice cream and other confections. With its rich flavor and long shelf life, latte condensato has become a staple ingredient in many kitchens around the world.
