So, what is licopeno?
Lycopene is a bright red carotenoid pigment found in tomatoes, watermelon, pink grapefruit, and other fruits and vegetables. It is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals. Lycopene has been studied for its potential health benefits, such as reducing the risk of certain cancers and heart disease. Some studies have also suggested that lycopene may help improve skin health and reduce the risk of sunburn. While lycopene is not an essential nutrient, including it in your diet can be beneficial for overall health.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
