So, what is lindenblüten?
Lindenblüten, also known as linden flowers, are delicate and fragrant blossoms that come from the linden tree, a species native to Europe and North America. These flowers have been used for centuries in traditional medicine and culinary practices for their calming and soothing properties. They have a sweet, honey-like flavor with subtle citrus undertones that make them a popular ingredient in teas, infusions, and baked goods. Lindenblüten are also believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, making them a valuable addition to any healthy diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
