So, what is lucuma-pulver?

Lucuma powder is a unique ingredient that is derived from the subtropical fruit of the Pouteria lucuma tree, which is native to the Andean region of South America. The fruit has a green, hard exterior with a sweet, fragrant, and bright yellow-orange flesh inside. After harvesting and drying, the fruit is ground into a fine powder that boasts a distinctively sweet, maple-like flavor with notes of caramel and butterscotch. Lucuma powder is an excellent source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and is often used as a natural sweetener in a variety of culinary applications, including smoothies, desserts, and baked goods.
