So, what is μαϊντανός?
Μαϊντανός, also known as parsley, is a herb commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine for its fresh and slightly bitter taste. It is a rich source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals such as iron and potassium. This versatile ingredient can be used fresh or dried to add flavor and texture to salads, soups, stews, and sauces. In addition to its culinary uses, μαϊντανός has been traditionally used in herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
