So, what is möhren?
Möhren, also known as carrots, are a popular and versatile root vegetable that are widely used in many different cuisines around the world. These brightly-colored vegetables are a great source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, and are commonly used in dishes ranging from savory stews and soups to sweet baked goods and desserts. With their crunchy texture and slightly sweet flavor, möhren can be eaten raw as a snack, roasted as a side dish, or pureed into a smooth and creamy soup. They are also a popular ingredient in many vegetarian and vegan recipes, and are often used as a substitute for meat in dishes like burgers and meatballs.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
