So, what is muscadelle?
Muscadelle is a versatile white grape variety that is commonly used to produce sweet wines in the Bordeaux region of France. This aromatic grape is also known as Muscadet or Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, and it has a floral and fruity flavor profile that includes notes of honeysuckle, apricot, and citrus. Muscadelle grapes are highly prized for their ability to produce complex and layered wines, and they are often blended with other grape varieties to create unique flavor combinations. In addition to its use in winemaking, muscadelle is also used in the production of some liqueurs and brandies.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
