So, what is origan seche?
Origan séché, also known as dried oregano, is a fragrant and flavorful herb commonly used in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. It is made from the leaves of the oregano plant that are carefully harvested, dried, and then crumbled into small pieces. Its distinctive taste is slightly bitter and pungent, with hints of lemon and pepper, making it an essential ingredient in pizza sauce, marinades, and salad dressings. Aside from its culinary uses, oregano also has medicinal properties, containing antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that may benefit overall health.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
