So, what is petit pois doux?
Petit pois doux, also known as sweet peas, are a variety of green peas that are harvested when they are young and tender. They are smaller in size compared to regular peas and have a sweeter and more delicate flavor. Petit pois doux can be eaten raw or cooked, and are often used in a variety of dishes such as soups, stews, salads, and stir-fries. They are rich in nutrients such as fiber, protein, and vitamins A and C. Petit pois doux can be found fresh or frozen, making them a versatile and convenient ingredient for any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
