So, what is plasma porc?
Plasma porc is a protein-rich food ingredient derived from the blood of pigs. It is obtained by separating the plasma from the red blood cells and then drying it into a fine powder. Plasma porc is a highly nutritious ingredient that contains all essential amino acids necessary for building and repairing muscles. It also contains a range of vitamins and minerals, including iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. This versatile ingredient can be used in a range of food applications, including meat products, baked goods, and beverages, to enhance their nutritional value and improve their texture and flavor.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
