So, what is romarin seché?
Rosemary, or "romarin" in French, is a fragrant and flavorful herb commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine. When the leaves of the rosemary plant are harvested and dried, they become "romarin seché," or dried rosemary. This herb has a woody, slightly bitter taste with a pungent aroma that adds depth and complexity to many dishes, including roasted meats, soups, and stews. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties make it a popular choice for herbal remedies, while its strong scent also makes it a common ingredient in perfumes and soaps.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
