So, what is semi di chia?
Semi di chia, also known as chia seeds, are a nutrient-dense ingredient that have gained popularity in recent years due to their numerous health benefits. These small, black and white seeds are native to Mexico and were a staple food of the Aztecs. Today, chia seeds are commonly used in smoothies, baked goods, and as a topping for yogurt and oatmeal. They are an excellent source of fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, and have been linked to improved digestion, heart health, and blood sugar control. In addition to being a healthy addition to any diet, chia seeds also have a satisfying texture and nutty flavor.
