So, what is sokeria?

Sokeria is a Finnish word that translates to "sugar" in English. It is a commonly used ingredient in cooking and baking, known for its sweet taste and ability to enhance the flavor of other ingredients. Sokeria is typically derived from sugar cane or sugar beets and can be found in various forms, including granulated, powdered, and brown sugar. In addition to its use in the kitchen, sokeria is also used in the production of many processed foods and beverages. While it adds sweetness to dishes, it's important to consume sokeria in moderation, as excessive sugar consumption can lead to various health problems.
