So, what is tricalciumfosfaat?

Tricalcium phosphate (TCP), also known as calcium phosphate tribasic, is a mineral that is commonly used as a food additive. It is a white, odorless powder that is often added to foods as a source of calcium, an essential mineral for strong bones and teeth. TCP is also used as an anti-caking agent, a dough strengthener, and a leavening agent in baking products. In addition, it is sometimes used as a nutritional supplement in animal feed. TCP is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is approved for use in many countries around the world.
