So, what is vitaminas c?
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an essential role in maintaining overall health. It functions as a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the body against free radical damage, supports collagen synthesis for healthy skin and joints, and boosts immune function by enhancing white blood cell activity. Foods rich in vitamin C include citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers, broccoli, and spinach. Adequate intake of this nutrient may reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and certain cancers.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
