So, what is vruchten?
Vruchten is a Dutch word that translates to "fruits" in English. This ingredient refers to the edible reproductive organs of flowering plants, which are typically sweet or sour in taste and consumed as a dessert or snack. Vruchten come in a wide range of shapes, sizes, and colors, depending on the plant species they come from. Some common examples include apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. Vruchten are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, making them an essential part of a healthy and balanced diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
