So, what is zitronensäure?
Zitronensäure, also known as citric acid, is a naturally occurring organic acid found in citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, and oranges. It is a white crystalline powder with a sour taste and is commonly used as a food additive for its tart flavor and acidity. Zitronensäure is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of food products, including carbonated drinks, candies, and baked goods. It also has non-food applications, such as in cleaning agents and cosmetics. In addition to its taste and functional properties, zitronensäure is also known for its antioxidant and preservative qualities.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
