So, what is wild rocket?
Wild rocket, also known as arugula or roquette, is a leafy green vegetable that adds a distinct peppery flavor to dishes. Its long, slender leaves have a jagged, almost feathery appearance, and the plant produces small, delicate white flowers when it matures. Wild rocket is commonly used in salads, as a garnish, or as an ingredient in sauces and pestos. It's a great source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as potassium and calcium. With its bold flavor and nutritional benefits, wild rocket is a versatile ingredient that can add a unique touch to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
