So, what is artificial flavörs?
Artificial flavors are laboratory-created chemical compounds that mimic the taste and aroma of natural ingredients. They are used in many food and beverage products to enhance their flavor profile or to imitate a specific taste. These synthetic flavors are created by combining various chemicals in specific proportions, and they can be found in a wide range of products, from sodas and candies to processed meats and snacks. While some people prefer natural flavors, artificial flavors can provide a consistent taste experience, and they are often more cost-effective for manufacturers. However, there is some concern about the long-term effects of consuming artificial flavors, so it's always a good idea to read labels and be aware of what you're eating.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
