So, what is d'abricots?
D'abricots, also known as dried apricots, are a delicious and nutritious ingredient commonly used in baking and cooking. These dried fruits are made by removing the water content from ripe apricots, resulting in a concentrated and slightly tangy flavor. D'abricots are an excellent source of dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, and potassium. They also contain natural sugars and antioxidants. With their chewy texture and versatile taste, d'abricots make a great addition to trail mix, oatmeal, and even savory dishes like roasted chicken or couscous.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
