So, what is eau gazéfiées?
Eau gazéifiée, or carbonated water, is a beverage made by dissolving carbon dioxide gas in water under pressure. The resulting effervescence gives the water a refreshing, bubbly texture that is popular as a thirst-quenching drink or mixer for cocktails. Carbonated water is often used in place of regular water in recipes for a fizzy twist. It is also believed to aid digestion and have other health benefits. Eau gazéifiée comes in a variety of flavors and can be found in most grocery stores and beverage shops.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
