So, what is gelborange s?

Gelborange S is a yellow-orange dye commonly used in the food industry to give a bright, vivid color to a wide range of products. Also known as Sunset Yellow FCF, it is water-soluble and derived from coal tar. Gelborange S is approved by regulatory bodies such as the FDA and the European Food Safety Authority and is often found in products such as soft drinks, candies, and sauces. While it is generally considered safe in small quantities, some studies suggest that high doses may have negative effects on behavior and hyperactivity in children.
