So, what is kookos?
Kookos, also known as coconut in English, is a tropical fruit that is widely used as an ingredient in many culinary preparations. The fruit is characterized by a tough outer shell, fibrous husk, and a hard, white meaty flesh inside that is rich in flavor and nutrients. Coconut meat can be eaten raw, toasted, or used in cooking, and it is a popular ingredient in many sweet and savory dishes, including curries, smoothies, desserts, and snacks. In addition to its culinary uses, coconut is also used in cosmetics and skincare products due to its moisturizing and nourishing properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
