So, what is piment verts?
Piment verts, also known as green chilies, are small and slender peppers with a bright green color and a mild to medium level of heat. These peppers are commonly used in many cuisines around the world, especially in Mexican, Thai, and Indian dishes. They add a subtle heat and a unique flavor that complements other ingredients in a dish. Piment verts can be roasted, grilled, or chopped and added to salsas, curries, stir-fries, and more. They are also rich in vitamins and antioxidants, making them a healthy addition to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
