So, what is acesulfam de potasiu?
Acesulfame potassium, also known as acesulfame K or Ace-K, is a calorie-free, high-intensity artificial sweetener that is commonly used in the food and beverage industry. It is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar, making it a popular choice for reducing calories in products such as soft drinks, chewing gum, and desserts. Acesulfame potassium is heat stable and can be used in baked goods and other products that require high-temperature processing. It has a clean, sweet taste with no bitter aftertaste and is generally considered safe for consumption in moderate amounts.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
