So, what is arabinogalactan?
Arabinogalactan is a complex carbohydrate found in a variety of plants, including larch trees. It is a type of dietary fiber that has been shown to have prebiotic properties, promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut. Arabinogalactan has also been studied for its potential immune-boosting properties, as it has been shown to stimulate the production of natural killer cells and other immune cells. Additionally, arabinogalactan has a slightly sweet taste and can be used as a natural food additive, often found in supplements, functional foods, and beverages.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
