So, what is au fructose?
"au fructose" is a natural sweetener commonly found in fruits and vegetables, and it's a type of sugar that has a higher level of sweetness than regular table sugar. It is used as an alternative to traditional sugar in many food and beverage products, including baked goods, cereal bars, and soft drinks. Au fructose has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar, which means it may not cause the same spike in blood sugar levels. However, it should still be consumed in moderation as excessive consumption of any type of sugar can have negative health effects.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
