So, what is c-vitamiini?
C-vitamiini, also known as vitamin C, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an essential role in many bodily functions. This antioxidant vitamin is found in a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as citrus fruits, kiwi, strawberries, broccoli, and bell peppers. Vitamin C helps to protect cells from damage, supports the immune system, and aids in the absorption of iron. It is also necessary for the production of collagen, which helps to maintain healthy skin, bones, and cartilage. A deficiency in vitamin C can lead to scurvy, a potentially fatal condition characterized by fatigue, muscle weakness, and bleeding gums.
