So, what is cebula?
Cebula is the Polish name for onion, a versatile ingredient used in many culinary preparations around the world. With a distinct pungent flavor and aroma, onions can be cooked in a variety of ways, including sautéing, caramelizing, grilling, and roasting. They are an excellent source of vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, and are known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Onions come in various colors, including white, yellow, and red, and can add depth and complexity to soups, stews, sauces, and salads. Whether raw or cooked, cebula adds a delicious and nutritious touch to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
