So, what is choux?
Choux is a classic French pastry dough that is light, airy, and incredibly versatile. Made from simple ingredients such as flour, butter, water, and eggs, choux can be used to make a variety of pastries, including éclairs, cream puffs, and profiteroles. The dough is unique in that it is cooked twice, first on the stovetop and then in the oven, resulting in a crispy outer shell and a soft, moist interior. Choux pastries can be filled with a variety of creams, custards, or ice cream, making them the perfect dessert for any occasion.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
