So, what is concord grape?
Concord grapes are a deep purple fruit with a bold, sweet-tart flavor that's unmistakable. Grown primarily in the Northeastern United States, these grapes are known for their thick skin and large seeds, making them less desirable for eating fresh but perfect for making juice, jams, and jellies. The juice from Concord grapes is also used in a variety of grape-flavored drinks and foods, from grape soda to grape jelly beans. Concord grapes are high in antioxidants, including resveratrol, and are a good source of vitamin C, making them a nutritious addition to your diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
