So, what is ビタミンd?
Vitamin D, also known as the "sunshine vitamin," is a fat-soluble nutrient that plays a crucial role in maintaining strong bones and teeth. It is naturally produced by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight, but can also be obtained through certain foods such as fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified dairy products. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus, essential minerals for bone health. Additionally, it has been linked to immune system function, mood regulation, and lower risk of certain diseases. A deficiency in vitamin D can lead to weakened bones, increased risk of fractures, and other health complications.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
