So, what is de aspartame?

De aspartame, also known as aspartame de-esterified or simply de-esterified aspartame, is a low-calorie artificial sweetener commonly used in food and beverage products. It is produced by removing the methyl ester group from the aspartame molecule, which increases its stability and makes it suitable for use in a wider range of applications. De aspartame is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar and has a clean, sweet taste with no bitter aftertaste. Due to its low calorie content and intense sweetness, it is often used in low-calorie or sugar-free products such as soft drinks, chewing gum, and desserts.
