So, what is de fenugrec?
De fenugrec, also known as fenugreek, is an aromatic herb commonly used in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisines. It is a member of the pea family and its seeds have a slightly bitter taste with a hint of maple syrup. Fenugreek is a great source of fiber, protein, iron, and magnesium. It is often used as a spice in curries, stews, and vegetable dishes, but can also be added to bread, cookies, and other baked goods. Additionally, fenugreek has a number of potential health benefits, including improving digestion, reducing inflammation, and regulating blood sugar levels.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
