So, what is fyllokinon?
Fyllokinon, also known as Vitamin K1, is a fat-soluble nutrient essential for blood coagulation and bone health. It plays a key role in activating proteins that help blood clot properly and prevent excessive bleeding. Fyllokinon can be found in leafy green vegetables like spinach, kale, and collard greens, as well as in some oils such as soybean and canola oil. In addition to its vital health benefits, fyllokinon is also used as an ingredient in certain cosmetics and skincare products due to its antioxidant properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
