So, what is glukose-fruktose-sirup?

Glucose-fructose syrup, also known as high fructose corn syrup, is a commonly used food ingredient made from corn starch. It is a mixture of glucose and fructose that has been chemically processed to convert some of the glucose into fructose, making it sweeter than regular sugar. Glucose-fructose syrup is widely used in processed foods and beverages as a sweetener and also helps improve texture, increase shelf life, and enhance flavors. However, consuming excessive amounts of glucose-fructose syrup has been linked to various health problems, including obesity, diabetes, and liver damage.
