So, what is graines de-moutarde?
Graines de moutarde, or mustard seeds, are small, round seeds with a characteristic pungent and earthy flavor. These seeds come from several species of mustard plants and are used in various culinary traditions across the world. They can be used whole, crushed, or ground into a fine powder to add flavor and texture to a wide range of dishes, such as pickles, chutneys, curries, and marinades. Mustard seeds are also a source of several beneficial nutrients, including protein, fiber, and various minerals, making them a great addition to a healthy diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
