So, what is hydroxyde de magnésium?

Hydroxyde de magnésium, also known as magnesium hydroxide, is a white, odorless powder with a slightly bitter taste. It is commonly used as an antacid to neutralize stomach acid and relieve symptoms of indigestion, heartburn, and acid reflux. Magnesium hydroxide is also used as a laxative to treat constipation and as a dietary supplement to prevent magnesium deficiency. Due to its low solubility in water, it has a slow and prolonged effect on the body. It is considered safe for consumption in appropriate doses and is often found in over-the-counter medications and natural health products.
