So, what is круша?
Круша, or "krusha" in English, is a sweet and juicy fruit that belongs to the Rosaceae family. Also known as pear, this fruit has a distinctive bell shape with a narrow neck and wider base. Krusha comes in different varieties, which vary in size, texture, and taste. A ripe krusha is soft to touch and has an aromatic fragrance. The flesh of the fruit is white and creamy, with a slightly grainy texture. Krusha is packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, making it a healthy addition to any diet. It can be eaten raw, baked, poached, or used in a variety of dishes, including salads, desserts, and sauces.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
