So, what is l-carnitin-l-tartrat?
L-carnitine-l-tartrate, abbreviated as LCLT, is a supplemental form of the amino acid l-carnitine. It's commonly used in fitness and bodybuilding supplements due to its potential benefits for improving exercise performance, reducing muscle damage, and enhancing muscle recovery. LCLT is formed by combining l-carnitine with tartrate, a natural compound found in many fruits. This combination may enhance the absorption and utilization of l-carnitine in the body. Additionally, LCLT may have antioxidant properties, which can help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation caused by intense physical exercise.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
