So, what is l-carnitina l-tartarato?
L-carnitine L-tartrate is a dietary supplement and food ingredient that contains two molecules of L-carnitine bound to one molecule of tartaric acid. It is a highly bioavailable form of L-carnitine, an amino acid-like compound found in the body that plays a crucial role in energy metabolism by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are oxidized for energy production. L-carnitine L-tartrate has been shown to enhance athletic performance, reduce muscle damage and soreness, and improve recovery after exercise. It is commonly used in sports nutrition supplements and functional foods.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
