So, what is mûres à?
Mûres à, also known as blackberries in English, are a sweet and tart fruit that grow on prickly bushes. They have a dark, glossy appearance and a juicy flesh that is dotted with small seeds. Mûres à are high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants, making them a nutritious addition to any diet. They are often used in desserts like pies, crumbles, and jams, but can also be enjoyed on their own as a healthy snack. Mûres à are in season during the summer months, but can be found frozen or canned year-round.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
