So, what is rosehip?
Rosehips are the bright red-orange, seed-filled fruits of the rose plant. They are a nutrient-rich ingredient, containing high levels of vitamin C, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds. Rosehips have a tart, slightly sweet flavor and can be used in a variety of culinary applications, such as teas, jams, and baked goods. In traditional medicine, rosehips have been used to treat ailments such as colds, flu, and arthritis. They are also a popular ingredient in skincare products due to their high vitamin C content, which can help brighten and even out skin tone.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
