So, what is vitamin pp?
Vitamin PP, also known as niacin or nicotinic acid, is an essential nutrient that plays a crucial role in converting food into energy. It is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B-complex family and is required for the proper functioning of the digestive system, skin, and nerves. Vitamin PP is also believed to have a positive impact on cholesterol levels and may reduce the risk of heart disease. Good dietary sources of vitamin PP include meat, fish, poultry, and enriched grains. Vitamin PP supplements are also available for those who may not be getting enough through their diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
