So, what is vitamina pp?
Vitamina PP, also known as niacin or vitamin B3, is a crucial water-soluble vitamin that plays a significant role in maintaining a healthy nervous system, skin, and digestive system. This essential nutrient is required for energy metabolism, DNA repair, and the synthesis of hormones and fatty acids. It is also believed to help lower cholesterol levels and improve circulation. Foods rich in vitamin PP include poultry, fish, nuts, and whole grains. A deficiency in this vitamin can lead to pellagra, a condition characterized by skin rashes, diarrhea, and mental confusion.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
