So, what is vitamines pp?
Vitamin PP, also known as niacin or nicotinic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in energy production and DNA repair. It helps to maintain healthy skin, nerves, and digestive system, and is essential for the synthesis of hormones and cholesterol. Vitamin PP is found in a variety of foods, including meat, fish, poultry, whole grains, and legumes. It can also be synthesized in the body from the amino acid tryptophan. Deficiency in vitamin PP can lead to a condition called pellagra, which is characterized by dermatitis, diarrhea, and dementia. Supplementation with vitamin PP is often used to treat high cholesterol and improve cardiovascular health.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
