Partially skimmed yogurt, or "yogourt partiellement écrémé" in French, is a dairy product made from partially skimmed milk. This means that some of the fat content has been removed, resulting in a lower calorie and fat content than regular yogurt. Despite the reduction in fat, partially skimmed yogurt still maintains a creamy texture and tangy flavor.
