So, what is flocons de seigles?
Flocons de seigle is a French term for "rye flakes," which are made from whole rye kernels that have been steamed, rolled, and dried. Rye flakes have a slightly nutty and earthy flavor, and a chewy texture that makes them ideal for use in porridges, mueslis, and granolas. They are a good source of fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals, including iron and potassium. Rye flakes are also a versatile ingredient in savory dishes, such as soups and stews, and can be used as a substitute for oats in baking recipes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
