So, what is vegetable fibers?
Vegetable fibers are a type of dietary fiber that comes from plant-based sources. They are commonly found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and nuts. These fibers are not digested by the body but pass through the digestive system largely intact, promoting regularity and aiding in digestion. Vegetable fibers are known to lower cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart disease, and help control blood sugar levels. They are an excellent addition to any diet, as they not only provide essential nutrients but also aid in maintaining a healthy digestive system.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
